New cutting machine for Gasparini spacing

In addition to the cutting machine for the commonly used 3.5 mm division, we now also have a cutting machine that has the 4.2 mm Gasparini division and 25 Perlee division. The French 27/29 key organs also use this division, which means that it is now also possible to provide music for this type of organs.
