New pricing method midi-files

The pricing method of midi-files has been changed. We have changed the midi-file pricing in a more fair way. Instead of having two price groups for longer and shorter files, the prices are now depended on the length of a file. Shorter pieces will be cheaper than before, longer files can be more expensive.
